Transforming Aviation Maintenance

Co-founded and helped build a software company focused on aircraft asset management. Developed a strategic plan that supported the company’s growth into a successful global organisation, transforming aircraft maintenance through advanced trend monitoring and data-driven insights. The company was subsequently acquired by a private equity firm.

Commercialising Mission Training

Assisted the ex-military founders to commercialise a Mission training services company. Helped shape its B2B marketing strategy, strengthen commercial growth, and secure the funding required to scale the business and facilitate a management buyout.

Reinvigorating a regional property services business

Provided our own funding along with structured board level assistance over 6 years which resulted in x10 growth in revenues and a world class reputation for service. Invigorated the whole team and enabled the founders to step away from operational control.

Establishing a European arm for an Asian business

Identified and led the development of new market opportunities for a niche device manufacturer. Created and executed a two year, data-driven marketing campaign to establish the company in the European market, generating leads through direct marketing, social media and trade fair presence. Supported the launch of an online store and the development of new products incorporating more environmentally friendly materials and lower manufacturing costs.
